Welcome to the website www.aramareditores.com (hereinafter, the WEBSITE). The WEBSITE is owned by the company ARAMAR EDITORES, S.L. (hereinafter, ARAMAR EDITORES, S.L.), with C.I.F. B-54896386 and registered office at Avda. del Cid, 11B 03700 Dénia (Alicante).

Access and use of the WEBSITE is regulated by this LEGAL NOTICE, so we recommend that you read it carefully. 

2. Use of the WEBSITE

Accessing and using the WEBSITE implies, on the one hand, the attribution of the condition of User; and, on the other hand, the acceptance of this LEGAL NOTICE. This will be understood without prejudice to other particular conditions that may be contemplated in the WEBSITE for other services, such as, for example, the purchase of products. 

If the User does not agree with any of the conditions contained in this notice, he must stop using the WEBSITE immediately.

The User is solely responsible for accessing, browsing and using the WEBSITE. ARAMAR EDITORES asks the User to communicate, as soon as possible, any fact or circumstance known to them that could be suspected of violating the rights of third parties or any other anomaly detected on the WEBSITE, by email sent to the address aramar@aramareditores.com

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

ARAMAR EDITORES is the exclusive owner of the rights of exploitation of Intellectual Property (specifically, reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation) on all the elements contained in the WEBSITE that are the object of this discipline. Specifically, in an exemplary manner, but not limited, are included within this protected content all texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographic works, mere photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases and content images in any of the pages and sub-pages of the WEBSITE. 

Likewise, ARAMAR EDITORES also belongs to the Industrial Property of the distinctive signs, designs and inventions contained in the WEBSITE that are the subject of this discipline. 

ARAMAR EDITORES in no case authorizes the download or use by third parties of a commercial nature, and / or for purposes that are not strictly private and non-profit, of the assets protected by Intellectual Property and / or by Industrial Property to which the two paragraphs refer. above, unless an authorization, assignment or express license is in writing by ARAMAR EDITORES for each specific case. 

In no case will it be understood that the access and navigation of the User through the WEBSITE implies a renunciation, transmission, license or total or partial cession of said Intellectual and / or Industrial Property rights by ARAMAR EDITORES. 

In the event of contradiction or interpretative disparity between what is foreseen in this LEGAL NOTICE and what is stated or arranged in any section of the WEBSITE, the foreseen in the first one will always prevail.

The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation on whether at ARAMAR EDITORES, S.L. we are treating your personal data so you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary.

6. Purchase products through the web

Among the services that ARAMAR EDITORES, S.L. offers to the User in the WEBSITE is the purchase of products through its electronic contracting, which will generally be characterized by a first order and contracting through the WEBSITE and a subsequent payment, postponed, to through, normally, bank transfer. 

 

In any case, the particular conditions that govern the relationship between ARAMAR EDITORES and the User that contracts the purchase of products through the WEBSITE are included in the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE.

ARAMAR EDITORES cannot guarantee the User the reliability or proper functioning of the WEBSITE, nor the absolute absence of viruses or harmful components. Nevertheless, ARAMAR EDITORES declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of technology, to guarantee the correct and adequate functioning of the WEBSITE, and undertakes, as far as possible, to carry out a normal procedure in the rectification of possible errors that may occur.

It is likely that the User can find on the WEBSITE links to other web pages that are managed by third parties, for example relating to social networks. 

ARAMAR EDITORES makes these links available on the WEBSITE to offer a more complete browsing experience to the User, but ARAMAR EDITORES cannot be held responsible for the content of the websites to which such links may link, as they are not managed by ARAMAR EDITORES. In the event that any provision or provisions of these general conditions are considered null and void or inapplicable, in whole or in part, by any court, tribunal or competent administrative body, said nullity or non-application will not affect the other provisions of the general conditions or the possible particular conditions of the different possible services of ARAMAR EDITORES, to the extent that the remaining conditions could subsist.

The relationship established between ARAMAR EDITORES and the User in accordance with these conditions will be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.

With the aim of facilitating the service provided, ARAMAR EDITORES, S.L. uses cookies for a better and customised service. This cookie is installed when the browsing session on any of the websites belonging to ARAMAR EDITORES, S.L. begins. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Overview

This rate takes effect on January 27^th, 2020.

All orders must be placed written by fax, e-mail, web. If not, we will not be responsible for incidents that may arise.

The products listed in our catalogue may suffer some minor adjustment on the graphic reproduction. We recommend requesting samples in case of doubt.

ARAMAR EDITORES, S.L. reserves the right to change prices without previous notification, depending on currency fluctuation.

Our prices do not include VAT and they are valid except for typographical errors.

2. Printing services

We are able to supply all our printed items in a minimum period of time. 

In orders including printed items, ± 5 % of the required quantity will be served.

3. Order processing

Orders without printing: 24/48 hours except those involving manipulation.

In deliveries where the quantity served doesn´t match with the requested one, as long as the difference does not exceed 25 €, ARAMAR EDITORES, S.L. will make the corresponding credit note and, in neither case, will replace the goods.

Printing orders:

1. Standard: Consult delivery time.
2. Printing Express: 72 hours for the shipment of goods since artwork confirmation.

4. Printing Express 72 h.

Valid for these printing techniques: laser, pad printing and 1-colour screen printing. 

Maximum quantity per product: 1,000 pcs. 

5. Shipments

Freight cost paid in Spain (continental) and Portugal from 200 € ex works (without printing cost).

Shipments will be made by our agency Transport Service. 24/48 hours service. These conditions will be valid for orders with one delivery address.

In orders of less than 400 €, 6.90 €/package will be added to the invoice.

Balearic Islands (48 h)

Freight cost paid from 600 € ex works (without printing cost).

In orders of less than 600 €, 6.90 €/package will be added to the invoice.

Canary Islands – maritime (6 days approx.)

Freight cost paid from 800 € ex works (without printing cost).

In orders of less than 800 €, 9.90 €/package will be added to the invoice.

Ceuta and Melilla (48 h)

Freight cost paid from 4,000 € ex works (without printing cost).

In orders of less than 4,000 €, 20 €/package or envelope will be added to the invoice.

We will not accept claims for open packages or lost unless it is on record the proof of delivery at the delivery time.

6. Returns

To make any returns it is essential that you first contact our Sales Department. 

We will not accept returns of goods after 15 days from the date of shipment, or printed goods that has not been printed by ARAMAR EDITORES, S.L.

Products must be supplied with their original packing and in perfect condition.

The client will be held responsible of other expenses deriving from order cancellation or return (both-ways freight costs, etc.).

7. Payment conditions

Orders without printing: Full prepayment before shipping the products (bank transfer).

Printed orders: Prepayment of 30 % (bank transfer) before printing and of the rest before shipping.

Payment with credit card: Consult our Sales Department.
